One of the most attractive and well known qualities of the Ecuadorian Andes are their Amerindian markets. Besides the warm atmosphere, the bustling sounds and smells and the wonderful colours of these markets. No matter which market you decide to go to, you will be guaranteed to be awed by the life that fills the air and by the things you’ll see.
This tour will combine the magic of both nature of the Cotopaxi landscape and the warm atmosphere of an Amerindian market. Depending on the day of the week you can choose to go as many different markets as there are volcanoes in this beautiful part of Ecuador.

Early start picking you up from your hotel with our private bilingual English/Spanish guide and private comfortable transportation. We will go to the south of Quito through the Panamericana highway and according to the selected day of the week we will visit one of these markets: Sangolquí (Sunday), Latacunga (Tuesday & Saturday), Pujilí (Wednesday & Sunday) or Saquisilí (Thursday). Thereafter we will continue our journey towards the Cotopaxi National Park, visiting the Limpiopungo lagoon, the interpretation center and then back to Quito.
*In case of the tour to Cotopaxi with lunch, the lunch can be held at the following places: Tambopaxi, Hostería La Ciénega or a similar place.
*There is another option for having lunch at Hacienda San Agustín de Callo.
